POSITION SUMMARY
The Pharmacy Director serves as the senior pharmacy executive responsible for strategic leadership, regulatory compliance, operational oversight, financial stewardship, workforce development, quality management, and 340B program governance for Eagle Seeker Pharmacy.
The Pharmacy Director is responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving a compliant, sustainable, culturally responsive pharmacy operation aligned with Native American Development Corporation's mission, healthcare governance framework, Urban Indian Health Program requirements, HRSA 340B Program requirements, Montana pharmacy laws, and healthcare quality standards.
The position functions as the enterprise pharmacy leader responsible for pharmacy strategy, operational performance, compliance oversight, healthcare integration, population health initiatives, and executive reporting.
The Pharmacy Director provides executive leadership over pharmacy operations while maintaining accountability for program integrity, patient access, clinical quality, workforce performance, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Required: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
Experience Required:
Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible pharmacy experience.
Minimum three (3) years of pharmacy leadership or management experience.
Preferred:
HRSA 340B Program experience.
Community health center experience.
Urban Indian Health Program experience.
Population health pharmacy experience.
Multi-site pharmacy operations experience.
Licensure & Certifications
Required:
Active unrestricted Montana Pharmacist License.
Immunization Certification.
CPR/BLS Certification.
