Position Summary- Wesley Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated RN for a long-term contract assignment in St. Paul, MN. In this role, you will deliver exceptional care with in an Adult Correctional Unit setting, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize inmate health and safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES;
Provide comprehensive care to inmates in various settings, including Intake Sick call, Emergency in house and Chronic care clinics and medical unit
Perform assessments of both normal and abnormal adult and juvenile health status, communicate findings, identify inmate needs, make timely referrals and initiate care in accordance with institution policies and procedures. provide Inmate education as part of total patient care, Work cohesively with healthcare professionals, security officers, and other staff. Apply infection control expertise in correctional setting
QUAILIFICATIONS: MN RN license unrestricted, CPR certification, ACLS preferred Comfortable in care plan development, clinical documentation, referral coordiation, change management.
