Shift Structure- Day Shift 24 hours per week, per facility schedule with weekend rotation

Position Summary: Wesley Medical Staffing is seeking an LPN for contract assignment in St. Paul, MN. In this role you will deliver expectational care to inmate population in Corrections Facility. You will collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team to deliver best possible patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Provide indirect and direct patient care, medication administration and management, diabetic education and management, facilitate lab work, blood withdrawal as assigned by RN and directed by MD. Timely documentation and reporting of findings, change of condition to supervising RN staff. Long term opportunity!
