Facility Type- Youth Corrections facility medical unit
Schedule & Hours- Day Shift, 24 hours a week per facility schedule with weekends as assigned NO ON CALL
Pay rate- 50.00 plus weekend differential

Position Summary: Wesley Medical Staffing is seeking dedicate RN for contract assignment in St. Paul, MN in a Youth Correctional facility medical unit In this role you will provide exceptional care to youth while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct immediate medical care, assess patient progression, and administer treatments and medications as directed
Care coordination- collaborate actively with MD, mid-level providers, M.D. and nursing staff to streamline and optimize care. Patient education- provide patient education regarding diagnosis, illness prevention and treatment recovery plans, answer clinical questions accurately and timely
Clinical documentation- mantain precise complaint records of patient progress interventions and care plans
