Shifts and Contract Length:
- November 24 - December 1: Orientation Days 6a-6p
- December 3-9: Night Shift 6p-6a
- December 17-23: Night Shift 6p-6a
Pay Package: $2,800-3,000/week including travel per diem; Option for 401k or Health Plan enrollment
Currently looking for an experienced Travel Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a contract opening in a government healthcare facility located in Lame Deer, Montana. Interested candidates should have 1-year work experience in Emergency Room setting.
Responsibilities of the Travel Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN)
- Collect current symptoms, as well as a detailed patient history and then consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Performs triage, while considering both physical and psychosocial elements.
- Manages basic life support needs and stabilizes patients until the attending physician is available, based upon nursing standards and protocol.
- Record patients’ current vital signs.
- Obtain specimens for lab tests.
- Provide intervention in emergency, life-threatening situations.
Requirements of the Travel Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN)
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in any of the 50 states
- 1-year work experience required in Emergency Room setting
- Willingness to travel to remote healthcare facilities
- Willingness to undergo a background check
