Term/Schedule: 13-week assignment, 30 hours/week guaranteed 
Pay Package: $1,400-1,600/week including weekly stipend for travelers DOE

Wesley Medical Staffing is seeking qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for travel contracts in California and across the United States. These COTA contracts are available to be filled immediately or starting 12/2025.

Job Details:

• Flexible scheduling, various shifts
• Contracts available at various healthcare facilities throughout California and the United States

Responsibilities for the Contract Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):

• Implement therapy plans under OT supervision
• Document resident progress
• Assist in adaptive equipment training and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Support resident engagement and participation in therapy

Requirements for the Contract Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):

• Active California COTA license in good standing
• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program
  New graduates welcome; experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred
• Knowledge of PDPM and basic documentation standards
  Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• 1 year of COTA experience required
• Ability to pass a background investigation
