Term/Schedule: 13-week assignment, 30 hours/week guaranteed 
Pay Package: $1,400-1,600/week including weekly stipend for travelers DOE

Responsibilities for the Contract Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA):

• Assist Physical Therapist in executing individualized care plans
• Provide quality therapeutic interventions to residents
• Document treatments and resident progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal outcomes
• Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines

Requirements for the Contract Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA):

• Active California PTA license in good standing required
• Prior SNF experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• 1 year of PTA experience required
• Ability to pass a background investigation

Supplemental Pay:

Overtime pay
